Homestay Policies:

  • Check In time 2 pm / Check out time 11 am.

  • Meal times: Breakfast- 9-10 am / Lunch 1-3 pm / Dinner 8-9:30 pm.

  • No television in the room.

  • No Power backup to AC, Inverter backup to lights and fans only.

  • Food & Beverages will be served at designated dinning area.

  • No room service available.

  • We encourage only konkani cuisine which requires prior intimation.

  • Cancellation terms: no refund once booking is confirmed future dates can be booked as per availability.

  • Beach is just a minute walk and no direct sea view from the rooms.

  • As the property is located in the orchard there can be possibility of insects on the premises.

  • No separate guest room for driver however washroom is available.

  • Govt ID's are mandatory during check-in.

Parking and arrival

A scenic 5 to 6-hour 250km drive via the Mumbai-Goa highway or Tamhini Ghat leading down to Dapoli and Ladghar.

MSRTC & Private bus services are also available.

Konkan Railway trains stop at Khed station, located roughly 30 kilometers from our coconut grove. From Khed Station Autos & Cabs are also available.

Secure vehicle parking is available directly on the property under the shade of the coconut palms.
